How To Make Sago Pudding On The Stove

Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a 6 cup-capacity ovenproof dish with oil and set aside. Place milk, 2 teaspoons sugar, lemon zest and sago into a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
