How To Make Egg Clouds

Every so often there’s a new food trend that grabs attention online. The latest of these crazes is that of cloud eggs and it seems people are going mad for them on Instagram.

  • HOW TO MAKE: 1. Take 4 eggs and separate egg whites from egg yolks. Separate them carefully, place the egg whites in one bowl and yolks in separate cups.
  • Plop 4 small piles of egg whites onto the prepared parchment paper. Use a spoon to make a small nest for each yolk. Bake for 3 minutes, until edges are slightly golden. Remove from oven and plop a yolk into each nest. Season each with a pinch of salt.
